  • 7 breeding ponds of the young fish (trout);
  • technological water-settled;
  • 7 intensive fish farming ponds (Trout, Carp, etc.);

  • The hotel building is 700 sq.m.:
    
    • On the ground floor is laundry, drying;
    • 1st floor - a cafe-bar, restaurant, kitchen;
    • 2nd-3rd floors - 11 rooms of the hotel type.
  • Administrative building and facilities for personnel – 200 sq.m.:
    • 1st floor - household rooms and workshops;
    • 2nd floor - administrative offices and staff rooms.
  • Building of the boiler (heating system is three boilers) and warehouses are 70 sq.m.
