Construction of waterworks pond trout economy took place from 1988 to 1992. During construction used 76 tons of ferrous metal and 144 tons of cement. Built in total about 3000 meters of water channels.
Parallel construction trout economy, given the unique healing properties and climate, surrounding environment, in June 1990 on behalf of the Central Committee of Kyiv Design Bureau "Cascade" has developed and submitted for approval to the project and technical documentation for construction of a dispensary for 180 seats along with trout. According to the scientific substantiation here should build institutions for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the circulatory, nervous and musculoskeletal system. Structure and areas in the project adopted according to SNiP P-71-79 (recreational Institutions and Establishments for recreation). The project was expected the construction of the main building with one and two bed rooms of the hotel type, 180 seats total, 4 passenger elevators, 2 medical and 2 technical lifts, two helicopter grounds, medical-diagnostic building, household building, garages, gallery, cinema, 2 swimming pools, football and volleyball courts, 2 tennis courts, community service center, shopping center - just over 300 rooms and classrooms. Next planned ski resort with two lifts. Total supposed to build about 7,000 sq.m. premises, 5985 sqm ceilings and 28,700 square meters "Green" areas. With the collapse of the USSR, the project stopped at the stage of early works.
Nevertheless, the work went on by different owners and at different time. Thus in 1996 began breeding different varieties of fish in trout farming, and in January 2004, the pass "Nimchich" was worked ski lifts, put into operation the restaurant and hotel.
During 2006 - 2009 continued construction of the recreation complex near the trout pond farming.
In 2010, most buildings resort-hotel complex (hotel, restaurant, sauna and an administrative building) has been commissioned. They are operating successfully today. As for growing trout, in connection with the crisis processes in the economy to realize the project was only partially - for fish farming now employs only three large reservoirs.
